Through yoga, breathwork, and coaching, Taylor empowers you to reclaim your power, your presence, and the life that calls to you.

My Specialties

  • Healing begins in the body. This approach works directly with the nervous system, somatic awareness, and physical sensations to release stored tension, emotions, and stress—without relying solely on talking or analysis. Through movement, breath, and embodied practices, we create safety, restore regulation, and build resilience so transformation can happen from the inside out.

  • Our emotional and energetic states shape how we feel, think, and move through the world. This work focuses on cultivating awareness, care, and hygiene around your emotional and energetic landscape—clearing what’s draining, strengthening what sustains, and restoring balance. By tending to your emotions and energy, you support your physical wellness and unlock your ability to show up fully in life—feeling energized, clear, focused, and aligned with what matters most.

  • This work is about uncovering the layers that no longer serve you and reconnecting with your truest, most vibrant self. Through guided practices, reflection, and embodied experiences, you explore your patterns, strengths, and purpose—cultivating clarity, confidence, and aligned action. The result is a deep, lasting transformation that integrates mind, body, and spirit, empowering you to step fully into the life you’re meant to live.
